To ensure that every Revelation Software product installation is as smooth as possible and to provide purchasers with peace of mind, every Revelation Software products is supplied with FREE 30-days installation support. This support covers any technical question relating to the installation of the product itself and to complete the service additional consultancy time can be purchased if support for associated issues is required.
To qualify for the free support, the Revelation Product concerned must be pre-registered with Revelation Software and the dedicated support submission form must be completed and submitted within the 30 day period.
On receipt of the support request, a support incident number will be supplied by return of email and the unique subject line should be used for all future correspondence relating to the support incident. Dialogue will be primarily through email and telephone help can be given on request or where the Revelation Software support engineer deems it to be necessary.
