Revelation Software's Pay-As-You-Go Support Service

With normal system administration taking place, Revelation Software based MultiValue applications frequently run for months and month (even years) without any technical assistance being needed.  However network changes are frequent and might result in an application failure, parts of the application might need changing and sometimes something within the application itself might finally break.Such occasions can be worrying for end-users with no pre-defined support provision.

Revelation Software's Pay-As-You-Go support service has been designed to address these and all of the other occasions when a Revelation software based application user needs help, whatever the nature or type of help needed.

Pay-As-You-Go help can be invoked by simply completing and submitting the dedicated support submission form.  This will be passed to one of our customer representatives who will contact you for an order number and invoicing details to cover the cost of the support incident.  Once the commercials are out of the way, your support form will be routed to the support team for tracking and allocation to the next available support engineer.

Pay-As-You-Go support is charged in 15-minute support units, ensuring that you only pay for the time needed to resolve your issue.  These support units can be pre-purchased at a discount.  This not only saves you money, but it also saves you time as pre-purchased support unit issues will be passed immediately into the support queue, avoiding any delay for the commercials to be completed.
